Data Privacy, AI Workflows, and Integration Transparency

Understand what data we import from your store, how it is handled in our AI translation and categorization pipelines, and how we protect your business privacy.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Connecting your e-commerce store is the first step to unlocking automatic, domestic and cross-border sales across Europe. However, linking systems naturally raises questions about what information is shared, how it is stored, and how it is processed. We believe in absolute transparency and partner sovereignty.

This guide explains exactly how we manage your integration data, what we collect, how it enters our automated optimization workflows, and our strict privacy boundaries.

Data Sovereignty Promise: We only import and process product data that is already public on your own online store. Your commercial details are isolated at the database layer and are never shared, analyzed by third parties, or used to train general algorithms for other brands.

Understanding the Integration Link

To operate a "Zero-Touch" selling experience, our portal establishes a secure read-and-write connection with your store (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Magento, or BigCommerce). This connection is strictly limited to two operational domains: catalog management and order fulfillment.

We only pull the public catalog details required to list your products and route customer purchases. By syncing this data directly, we eliminate the need for manual CSV uploads, shipping updates, or email-based order tracking, allowing your integration to run entirely in the background.

To list your products accurately for European shoppers, we import public catalog fields that already exist on your online store. This includes:

  • Product Titles & Descriptions: Used to create matching listings in our marketplace.
  • Images & Media: Synced to show high-quality photos to customers.
  • SKUs & Barcodes (EAN/GTIN): Critical for catalog matching and inventory validation.
  • Pricing & Stock Levels: Synced to prevent overselling and display correct pricing.
This product data is stored in our secure database so your listings remain active and visible. Reconciliations are scheduled automatically: stock levels are synchronized every 6 hours (and validated in real-time during checkout), while full content audits run bi-daily. For integrations with webhooks enabled, individual product changes are updated in near real-time. We do not modify your source catalog; our connection is read-only for product data.

No. We do not import or store any non-public catalog or company data from your connected store. Specifically:

  • No Draft or Archived Products: We ignore products marked as draft, private, archived, or inactive in your store settings. Only active, public listings are synced.
  • No Internal Financials or Cost Prices: We do not pull your unit cost, supplier margins, purchase orders, or wholesale agreements.
  • No Customer Databases: We do not read your store's customer list, purchase history, or contact directories.
  • No Internal Business Notes: Staff-only notes, tags, and drafts remain entirely private on your own platform.
Only product listings that you explicitly choose to make public are retrieved and stored.

To list your products across 27 EU member states, we run active listings through automated translation and classification pipelines:

  • Multi-Language Translation: The product description is translated into 22 European languages so customers in Germany, France, Italy, or Poland see them in their native language.
  • Smart Classification: We classify your products into the correct search categories based on their titles and barcodes.
  • SEO Optimization: Regional meta-titles and tags are generated to improve visibility on search engines.
Our strict guardrail: These workflows are purely transactional. Your product data is processed to optimize your own listings and is never used to train machine learning models for other brands or competitors.

When a customer makes a purchase, we process order and transaction details:

  • Delivery Addresses & Customer Contact: Needed to route the order to your e-commerce admin system so you can pack and ship it.
  • Tracking Numbers: Captured when you fulfill the order to update the customer and satisfy EU cross-border shipping regulations.
  • Business Tax & Banking Info: Store VAT/Tax numbers and banking details for payouts via Stripe Connect Express.
Retention: Under EU e-commerce tax laws (OSS) and compliance directives, transaction details and B2B invoices must be retained for 7 years for official audit purposes. After this period, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Need to adjust what products are shared? You can control which collections or channels are accessible directly inside your e-commerce store's integration settings. For step-by-step setup details, check the individual store integration guides.
