Learn how shipping zones are determined, how to set up your pricing matrix, and how to create country-specific shipping rate overrides.
Our marketplace operates across 20 European countries, each grouped into geographical shipping zones. To ensure you maintain healthy margins while offering competitive shipping rates, you can customize your pricing matrices and set specific country-level overrides.
By default, shipping zones (Zone 1 to Zone 4) are automatically determined using geographic proximity relative to your default warehouse country:
In your shipping dashboard, you define the standard pricing and estimated delivery times (Min/Max Days) for each Zone across three product size tiers. Both the pricing and the delivery estimates are fully editable in your shipping dashboard settings, allowing you to fine-tune transit expectations for customers:
The storefront automatically displays the correct estimated shipping fee and transit times to customers based on the size tier of the items in their cart. By adjusting the Min/Max days in your matrix, you directly control the delivery speed estimates shown on the storefront product and checkout pages.
If you want to set a fixed, flat-rate shipping price to a specific country (regardless of its zone-based matrix price), you can create an override. For example, you can set a flat rate of β¬9.95 for all standard shipments to France.
Country Channel Visibility: In your settings dashboard, you select which European countries you ship to. If you disable a country, your products will automatically be unlisted from that storefront channel. Furthermore, you can set per-product overrides in your inventory settings to restrict a specific heavy or fragile product to domestic delivery only.
